Keeping Up With The Kardashians feels like a full time job these days and we have yet another update for you to keep up with! You can now buy Kardashian Tapestry! Yes, you heard that right! Is there anything this famous family can’t do?
But what exactly is Kardashian Tapestry and where can you buy it?
What Is Kardashian Tapestry?
First of all, what is tapestry? Tapestry is a form of textile art, which is traditionally woven by hand on a loom. Tapestries have recently had a surge in popularity with young people wanting to add a bit of life to their bedroom walls!
So, what exactly is Kardashian Tapestry and which designs can you get?
The Kardashian’s have so many iconic moments, so why wouldn’t they be made into tapestry? Many different independent sellers are selling them, and they’re each adding their own twist.
They’re the Queen’s of social media, with the siblings having a combined Instagram following of 722 million, so of course one of their tweets would make it on to the tapestry. One of our favourites is one of Kim Kardashian West’s tweets from back in 2010 which reads:
“Kowabunga dudettes. i’m so pumped to be on this surfing kick. who else surfs out there? gnarly day in the h2o ridin waves!”

But what made the Kardashian’s popular enough to have their faces on tapestry? We take a look from the very beginning.
Where Did It All Begin?
The family are known for their E! Entertainment reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK). The show first aired back in 2007 and is still going strong 13 years and 18 seasons later.
But how did the family get their own show commissioned? The family have been in the circle for a while, with Kim Kardashian being friends (and assistant) to Paris Hilton. Brody Jenner, a star of reality TV show The Hills back in the late 2000’s, is also the half- brother of the two younger siblings, Kylie and Kendall Jenner.
The Kardashian’s are not the first famous family to have their own TV show. Ozzy Osbourne (of Black Sabbath) had a reality show with his family, The Osbournes, which aired from 2002-2005.
After the success of the Osbournes, KUWTK executive producer Ryan Seacrest wanted to replicate their success. Casting directors found the Kardashians and Ryan sent a cameraman over to film them and as they say, the rest is history.
Talking about how the Kardashian’s landed their own show in an interview with Haute Living Magazine, Ryan said:
“I remember perfectly: [the cameraman] called me from their house Sunday afternoon and said, ‘It’s absolutely golden; you’re going to die when you see this tape. They’re so funny, they’re so fun, there is so much love in this family and they’re so chaotic — they throw each other in the pool!”
Just like the Osbourne’s, the Kardashian’s also had a well known dad. The late Robert Kardashian (1994-2003) was actually a lawyer in the infamous OJ Simpson case.
The Jenner’s also have a well known father. Caitlyn Jenner was an Olympian, winning a gold medal for the USA in 1976 Montreal Olympics decathlon.
The Kardashian Family Tree
We know this one may be a little confusing, so we’ve tried to simplify it down for you. They’re known as the Kardashians but the two youngest, Kendall and Kylie are actually Jenner’s.
The Children
Kris Jenner has four children from her first marriage to Robert Kardashian: Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Rob. She also has her two youngest from her marriage with Bruce (now Caitlyn) Jenner, Kendall and Kylie.
The Grandchildren
Now the tree gets even bigger. Kris has 10 Grandchildren, so we know the drama isn’t going anywhere for at least a few generations. Here’s a look at them all:
Kourtney
Kourtney, the eldest of the children has three children from her ex partner Scott Disick. Sons Mason and Reign and daughter Penelope. Kourtney and Scott are unfortunately not together anymore, however they do a great job at co-parenting their three children as seen on the show.
Kim
Kim has four children with husband and rapper Kanye West. These are daughters North and Chicago and sons Saint and Psalm. Chicago and Psalm were actually born by a surrogate as Kim was warned about damage to her health if she naturally gave birth again.
Kim and Kanye are still married, however there are rumours as of late that the two are going through marriage trouble.
Khloe
Khloe has one child with Tristan Thompson, a daughter called True. She was previously married to Lamar Odom, until ending the seven-year marriage back in 2016.
Khloe and Tristan have definitely had their fair share of drama, with Tristan allegedly cheating on her a number of times, even with younger sister Kylie’s ex best friend Jordyn Woods.
The two are now very secretive about their relationship, with many fans thinking they may be back together again.
Rob
Rob has one child with Blac Chyna, a daughter called Dream. More drama here, Blac Chyna also has a child with her ex-boyfriend and rapper Tyga who also happens to be Kylie’s ex!
Rob is the most secretive in the family, so we don’t know much about his personal life, however we know him and Blac Chyna are not together anymore. Although Rob is private, he did have his own reality show with Blac Chyna called Rob and Chyna back in 2016.
Kylie
Kylie has one child with rapper Travis Scott, daughter Stormi. Unfortunately, Kylie and Travis split up after their 2- year relationship, but just like older sister Kourtney, the two do a great job of co-parenting.
The children are already a hit on social media, so we know they’re not going to have any trouble following in their parents’ footsteps!
So, as it stands, Kendall is the only child Kris doesn’t have a grandchild from. However, she has enough nieces and nephews! Plus, Kendall’s best friend Gigi Hadid is about to give birth with former One Direction star Zayn Malik, so she’s got plenty of Auntie duties going on!
What’s the Latest Kardashian Drama?
Even in a worldwide lockdown, the family are never short of drama. Lately, Kim’s husband, Kanye West has been hitting the headlines for his Twitter rant after vouching to become president of the United States.
It has been rumoured that the pair may be getting a divorce, however this remains unknown.
Khloe Kardashian has also been raising eyebrows during the quarantine period, with fans wondering if she’s gotten back with her ex Tristan Thompson. At one point, fans thought she may be pregnant with him again; however it seems that this was not the case.
